Formed in April of 2005, Keystone Energy Partners, LP is a privately-held wholesale power marketer which currently conducts business in the ERCOT region (which comprises most of Texas). Keystone primarily focuses on the buying and selling of non-standard, flexible power product structures and related natural gas contracts, while managing major supply risks for its customers and optimizing a balanced portfolio of power and natural gas resources. Keystone's expertise includes long-term hedging and short-term and long-term optimization through trading and origination.
